In Steiner's teachings,these are Native Americans. Steiner sometimes included the "red race" in his descriptions of modern human races,but he often indicated that Native Americans are either extinct or on the verge of extinction.

In Anthroposophical belief,Christ does not redeem us so much as point us in the direction of proper evolution and provide a new impetus for such evolution. Our ultimate fulfillment will come when we attain the highest possible levels of evolution,Steiner taught.
